Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Returned shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defective item in which a label will be sent to the buyer to ship the item back to me.
Full refunds (defective item) will be sent within 7 day that item is received back from the buyer. Partial refunds will be sent within 7 days that item is received back including the cost of the item, not including shipping costs.
If a custom item is ordered (ie custom name etc added), returns/exchanges will only be accepted is if there is an error on my part as those items cannot then be resold.
Shipping Policy
Items will ship within 5-10 Business (M-F) days after order is placed. I use USPS 2-5 day First Class mail depending on the weight of the item(s). If you have a specific deadline or would like to upgrade to a faster service, just contact me prior to placing your order at 417designsllc@gmail.com.
Item will be shipped to the address confirmed during your website purchase, so please ensure it is correct. If item is returned due to incorrect address, the additional shipping charge will be billed to you with a Paypal invoice, and the item will be re-shipped once payment is received. Shipping charges do NOT include insurance. If you would like insurance included please contact me as we will not be held accountable for any lost items once they have shipped.
Once the items have shipped I am no longer responsible for what happens once the post office has the package. All issues with shipping will have to be brought to the USPS attention by the buyer. If tracking seems to be slow I highly recommend visiting USPS.com and add text alerts for that tracking number, and that usually gets it moving along.
